The Problem -
Saraloan, a fintech company, faced significant inter-departmental friction, low employee motivation, and newly promoted managers not getting along. Our analysis revealed the lack of a clear mission, vision, and values, causing disorganization. Additionally, misaligned functions and no career succession planning led to confusion and low morale.

We conducted a Value Creation Intervention to establish a new mission, vision, and values, fostering cohesion. We mapped and streamlined processes, created a capability architecture, and clarified roles and responsibilities. We also developed a functional organizational chart, a career progression framework, and introduced a Knowledge Management System. The Problem -

Carewin Solutions, based in Trivandrum, Kerala, aimed to offer IELTS courses, nursing education, and language training for jobs abroad. However, their ambitious vision lacked documentation, defined processes, and internal systems. There was no customer journey mapping or operational roadmap, making it challenging to turn their ideas into reality

The client used a traditional method for brand introduction via BTL activity which included materials that were porn to damage during installation and transits.

We conducted a design audit on the existing method of execution. We mapped out the pros of the existing method and proposed solutions which kept the pros intact. The cons which were listed were tackled with a completely new approach which was never tested before and conducted a test run of the solution a small group of subjects. The solution received an over whelming response and was further executed pan-India.

The Outcome -

Being a very competitive space for attention our solution used paper and origami to which turned out 300% cheaper then the traditional method and since it could be folded and send across via post the delivery cost also reduced by 500%. This led to a huge saving in the clients budget and eventually resulting in expansion of the campaign towards tier 2 and tier 3 cities in the same amount of time.
