At the age of 17, he faced a life-altering railway accident, losing both his legs. Despite this immense challenge, Rameshchandra embraced his new reality with unparalleled resilience and determination, completing his education and excelling in the corporate world.
Rameshchandra began his career in a private multinational company, where his dedication and perseverance led him to rise to the role of Quality Leader before transitioning to HR and Training. Over his 20-year corporate journey, he managed various training and HR profiles, making significant contributions to his organizations. His commitment to excellence and his ability to overcome obstacles have marked his career with success.
A passionate sports enthusiast, Rameshchandra's athletic achievements include winning National Gold Medals in Para-sports. He has excelled in numerous activities such as cricket, cycling, swimming, table tennis, trekking, and mountaineering. Remarkably, he climbed Maharashtra's highest peak, Mount Kalsubai, despite being on prosthetics and facing heart health challenges.
Driven by a desire to make a difference, Rameshchandra has dedicated himself to philanthropic work. He has helped over 20 amputees obtain high-quality prosthetics, supported old age homes and children with disabilities, and actively promoted heart and diabetes health awareness. His efforts have been recognized by various organizations, including Infosys, Royal Enfield, Morgan Stanley, and Madhavbaug Ayurveda Healthcare.
As the founder and Director of Happiness Remedies Global Foundation, Rameshchandra leads a non-profit organization focused on empowering differently-abled individuals, promoting healthcare, and fostering sports and cultural activities. He is on a mission to make India a heart-disease-free nation. Additionally, as a co-founder of OrgEvo Consulting Private Limited, he aims to promote entrepreneurship and create job opportunities in India.
